Northernlion is absolutely the best for just putting on and either paying attention or having him on in the background. Man is made for talking.

He's a little crazy, and ignore his rant/talking videos, but 's build videos. The island dome and giant robot project are cool, but he's starting to become a loner hermit a bit too much.
