Specifically, I am looking for the following deleted post from the model Veronika Rosandić: I found the URL through DuckDuckGo (Google doesn't work) because I remembered what was the description of the photo. Lost cause, or?

Yep, what you are asking is pretty much impossible. Might be a long shot but yandex sometimes caches instagram photos so maybe try there.
