Off Topic YT rules seem to be getting more lax?

Seems in the past 2-3 months, a lot of videos are no longer getting taken down or the accounts getting banned. For example, this has been up almost 2 weeks. Her tits are pretty much bare, nipples completely out. This has been up for almost the same time. 3 days, skip to about 4 minutes in to see what I mean. So I am kinda hoping maybe YB is getting slightly more lax. I'm really surprised they never made a 18+ section, think of how much money they could have made off it!
