Off Topic Manyvids question

im not even sure if this is the right place to ask this question but does anybody know if creators keep these promises when they have a donation service open with a remark like " 200+ donation All my videos" is this for real? Also Does this mean i have to spend more than 200 ? I know that for the subcription you can get everything during the time for the non marked videos but this sounds too good to be true?
