you could always use TOR browser, but speeds are often quite slow. or upload to anonfiles or something similar while using a free vpn, if they want to get you though they will so dont up anything with digital watermarks linking back to your account somewhere

Make a new email address with a VPN, and get a seed box. With gofile you can use their api to upload with CMD lines.
