Off Topic Methods to find old content?

I have a friend who used to post a ton of good stuff on instagram, facebook and tiktok but she stopped and deleted most of it. I'm wondering if anyone has good methods for trying to find the stuff that had been previously posted? I tried waybackmachine and archive.ph but didn't see much there. Anyone have any other suggestions or methods to try and find stuff that had been posted previously? She wasn't very popular so doubtful that there would be much response in the request section, but I'd still love to see what I could dig up.
