The Cummoner is probably on the tame side, but has a nice story!

Nozoki Ana remains the best sex manga I've read. It's not explicitly hentai, more borderline/ecchi, but it has a great story and is really hot. Just over 100 chapters long.

That depends a lot on exactly which types of degeneracy the reader is into. There's a lot of extremely skilled artists in the industry whose subject matter can be... polarizing? Personally I'm a big fan of Kon-Kit's works. He draws a lot of gangbang scenarios, usually with some comedic tones.

Melkor Mancin puts out some amazing work. I really like Non Virgin By Oda Non , I also love anything done by Mutou Keiji.
