Off Topic Camsoda, How To Cap?

Sorry if this in the wrong place but how do you manage to cap on here? likes of xxxx*/xxx etc I can just press f12 and find the m3u8 or I even have the chrome extension ( Stream Recorder ) which works but neither of those things work on Camsoda. Either I'm stupid or Im missing something
