ForumSexyPrime ("we", "us", or "our") maintains policies to respond quickly to notices of alleged copyright infringement. We reserve the right to remove any content and/or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
How to Submit a Valid Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that content on ForumSexyPrime infringes your copyrighted work, please send a clear notification containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material (direct URL to the content on the site).
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.

Our designated agent is located in Moscow, Russian Federation, and operates in accordance with local copyright laws.
Counter-Notification Procedure
If your content was removed and you believe it was an error, you may send a counter-notice to the same email. Upon valid counter-notice, we may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless notified of legal action.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Accounts found to be repeat infringers (multiple valid takedowns) will be permanently terminated and banned from the platform without further notice.
