Hey, bros. How are you? I've created this thread to talk about coping with the lockdown. What are you doing to stay healthy? I've started home workouts and I'm trying to eat as healthy as possible to keep my well being. If some of you are finding it hard to do so, we can help each other. Cheers

I haven't really had a hard time with it, but I'm pretty content in general and okay operating alone for long periods. But I think a big part of keeping sane is having something to work on, and things to look forward to. It also helps to have a certain level of curiosity, since it's so easy to research and learn new things at this stage of the Internet. I think finding something that seems interesting and exploring that goes a long way. That's particularly true if it's something that builds you as a person. Is there anything in particular anyone is having trouble with?

Lockdown has been great to me. Started a little home gym and have had plenty of time to fish n golf. Best place I've been mentally in a long time!
