Hey guys just wanted to know how your all doing mentally if you need somewhere to talk I’ll gladly give you my time and try my best to help and listen, thought I’d make this cause I know a lot of men suffer but don’t really talk about their issues and it can be very difficult to keep going, I’ve been there myself (still am there) and it’s very nice I think to have someone to listen so hopefully the mods will allow me to communicate with you guys through this thread and for those that are struggling and don’t want to talk just know “no feeling is permanent, things will get better” have a nice day y’all

been okay, the days seem to be pretty bland though and the same routine every day is a bit of a drag

Being medicated since 9 years ago due to depression. And being an incel does not help. Nevertheless, I believe I managed to cope with all that, embrace my celibacy and control my mad mind.

i some what know how you feel i managed to persuade my doctor to bring my dose down hopefully ill be able to feel emotions again soon
