Off Topic Bigo countries / computer vs. app

Hi, I've noticed that the app and the mobile version of bigo.tv has a lot of countries to choose from compared to the laptop version. On my laptop i can't choose e.g. Colombia or Spain. Both are at the laptop version and in the app. Do you know how I can get the same options at my laptop?
