This is a command line interface to download images from many places, like youbube-dl but for images. From what I tested I works fine. They only support some sites, but you might be able to download from non supported sites as well like this:

I tried to download from this very forum but couldn't. The first step is user and password, but that shouldn't be a real problem, i've used my credential with instagram and no problem.

Supports Patreon with right cookie file.

Does it download original size photo from insta or the low quality one?
