Off Topic downloading live vk.com streams

So there was an app for Windows on vola peri room for downloading periscope lives, tracking accounts etc but you could also download vk lives there. Now that this room is dead I can't find this app anywhere, so does anyone have the zip file with it? OR does anyone know any other app (moblie or PC) or way to download streams from vk
