Off Topic What is considered an active user?

I know there are some threads that are hidden to active users but couldn't find anywhere on the site that lists the criteria. Is this based on comments or reacts? Thanks for the help everyone!

I'm not sure, but it's kept secret. Can sort of understand why, so people dont end up gaming the system

It really is a weird system. Thus far I have 158 Reaction score, just from general posting/commenting, nothing too fancy. And I still cant see some threads like HannaOwo's and god knows how many others.
