Off Topic Snapchat on PC

I want to sub to a premium snapchat but only if I'm able to record what I see safely without the other user knowing, is it still possible to get snapchat on PC somehow? Or how is it done on IOS/android, if someone could atleast point me in the right direction I would be grateful, thanks.

You cant get snapchat on PC. There is something they do that even with the BlueStacks you cant log in.
