Lets say I wanted to hire talent from or , just examples, for a B/G shoot. Lets say I wanted to do a shoot and a live cam show with insert model, how would I go about legally booking them for a shoot? What kind of credentials or business license would one need to book them? What kind of model release forms would have to be signed?
