I have been using a Chrome extension for the last 3+ years called "Downloader for OnlyFans.com" that works great but appears to have been delisted from the Chrome store It looks like this may be an archived copy (has the right ID number/logo/description etc.) but download at your own risk as this is not part of the Google Chrome extension store: Screenshot of an example post below.
