Is there a decent way of finding OF profiles by city or first/last name? Most people don't use their real name at all. There's this hot girl I work with who I'm 99% sure has one, but I can't find it.

There isn't really. The only option which I imagine could yield some results are reverse face search engines such as pimeyes or facecheck. On few occasions I've managed to find out if a person has onlyfans by using these.
