Let's tell the truth here, no one was greater than Namikaze Minato. If wasn't for that fucking Dragon Ball Z Power Ranger's Megazord shit that went on at the end, Minato would've been unanimously considered the GREATEST shinobi ever and you can't prove me wrong.
