Off Topic Is this a virus?

If I click on anything here or other forums, several pornsites including camwhores, I get this: It's usually some random url in the browser, but it redirects to chaturbate, jerkmate, etc. It even does it on my phone too. Every adblock I try won't stop it.

I doubt its a virus since it does the same on your mobile phone (unless both are somehow infected)
