How do people download everything from a onlyfans page? By downloading everything individually?

They use a scraper. is what I use, and probably what most others use as well. It also works with Fansly. You do have to be subscribed to the page you want to scrape. There's no way around that.

In the past I've used script. Reasonably straightforward to set up and use as long as you're familiar with the command line
